Learning from the experiences of Yoga practitioner Denise Cosentino from Argentina
Practicing YOGA is a matter of choice and for a lot many global citizens this art has become their passion to excel in mind, body and soul. The journey to mastering the forms and disciplines of Yoga is a long one. However, once people prepare themselves in mind and body to undergo the transformation process with focus and dedication, their soul is set free and enriched for life.
Yoga has been a key ingredient in not only fostering mental well-being, but also conscious well-being, health well-being, spiritual well-being and above all nature & environment well-being. Regular and prolonged practice of Yoga not only makes one a disciple of Yoga, but it also inculcates a habit to mastering the feeling of empathy. People begin to empathize with animals and nature. There comes a point where the mind and soul become considerate towards environment and the living beings living in it. This is because of the tremendous amount of transformation people can undergo, to such a point where we begin to empathize with the prevailing hazardous living conditions of marine animals. A small cigarette bud dumped on ground can make find route into an ocean, through following a series of chain reaction to become a factor for death of a sea bird. The dead and decaying matter add to further pollution in water or on land. A home to harmful and deadly bacteria and viruses.
It is not just cigarettes but daily use of products that can have an adverse impact on our environment, especially plastics. Yoga on the other hand has created a global awareness among individuals, communities, societies, groups, companies and global leaders to curb use of plastics and make way for alternative plastic resources for daily use.
Over the past decade a good amount of Yoga practitioners and start-ups have taken upon themselves to educate people and their clients/customers to use recycled and earth-friendly products. People have begun to invest into such concepts just like the people once did during the industrial revolution, when that seemed to be the major developmental goal of a nation building process. Today, Yoga practitioner like Denise Cosentino are educating their clients on consumption of 'conscious and delicious' food choices. Fresh fruits and vegetable from the local market helps the regional farmers boost their income, and also create an atmosphere of socio-economic development. When rural areas/villages of a particular region join hands to function as one small set-up for mass distribution of products there is hope for technological investments into cost-effective farming and warehousing process.
How does Yoga help in all these? Because, once people start practicing Yoga they open their mind to all the possibilities that already existed. There was only no actionable motive to leap that bar and overcome the hindrances, that stunted the possibilities to massive planet friendly development goals.
Yoga does make an impact in its own way through conscious choices. Choices that are eco-friendly, recycled and alternative plastic. All these choices need investments. And Ice Eart's goal is to provide to its readers all possible planet friendly investment opportunities, that will make an investor proud and futuristic of their choices.
